municipalization RURAL SAMPLE

has not only changed the date of the annual event of the Rural Society in Three Hills (historically was done in Spring, but a few years, heat from the local government, replaced that date by early fall).

The event itself has changed.
One thing was the Municipal sponsorship for organized civil society is institutionally open to the public and quite another to exclusive role that local government will print from the conflict in the countryside to the call that once used to be popular in Tres Lomas. The

municipalization sample (the Municipality won the second prize in stand outside and hear it) carried out this past weekend with a municipal government's own space showing repainted machinery, trucks face washed and obedient servants to "do whatever it takes" are a pathetic example of trying to "own" an event that in the past meant something else.

The "rural" Tres Lomas became, as any in our region, in an election platform of a fallen man rule that a hammer wants to appear progressive, but that just does that: the hammer.

advertising and propaganda are multiplied ad nauseam in the same sample, the subservience of the official word to the representative of CARBAP showed that "progressives" are talking about and the local keyring delivered, seemed to urge a "close" alternative thoughts and presence.

The rural sample was actually a sign, not only of agricultural machinery and calves but the political paradigm spent languishing with Tres Lomas, prostrate as never before in its institutional life, with institutions co-opted and dismembered, "paternalizadas."

And all future shape a "Masterplan", the teacher still uses the stylus to hit on the knuckles, sent to the corner to the disobedient and kneel on corn makes those who "misbehave." This is the constant in all fields, the beautiful people.
